Welcome to Calculus III.
The course is based on the book 'Calculus: Early Transcendentals (4th
Edition)', by James Stewart.
This is the book that you were already using in Calculus I (1550) and Calculus
II (1552).
Here are the rules of the Game:
Thursday, February 19, 2004
Thursday, April 1, 2003
It is normal to have problems with Calculus III, in particular at the beginning. You are highly encouraged to come to my office hours, pose questions in class (or by email) and, in particular, to discuss the material with your classmates.
There will be free math help for students on Monday through Friday in Allen 39. Times will be announced at the beginning of the semester on the door of Allen 39.
Class attendence is absolutely necessary and required.
Suggestions are always welcome.
