MathCircle 2010

The LSU MathCircle

The GK-12 sponsored, LSU MathCircle Summer Enrichment program will be held June 7 - 25, 2010. Please visit www.math.lsu.edu/dept/mathcircle for more information.

Purpose

The GK-12 program is a subdivision of the Graduate Division of the National Science Foundation. The GK-12 program is designed to give graduate students an opportunity to make a significant impact on K-12 schools in their community. The GK-12 fellows at Louisiana State University have a variety of roles that range from teaching Advanced Placement courses to improving the algebra instruction to middle school students and offer test preparation for state mandated standardized tests.
