Listed among other award-winning Hillels around the country, Hillel at LSU was recognized by Hillel International in its May 30th, 2006 issue of Shavua Tov. Not only do we appear on the list (scroll down some), but a picture of us appears at the top of the page!

Tigers for Israel receives "Activist of the Year" Award at AIPAC's 2006 Policy Conference in Washington, D.C.! LSU's TFI was among the 4 campus affiliates to receive this award. Over 100 schools were considered for this award - including 60 showcase campuses.

LSU's Legacy Magazine published Professor Profile: Taking a Stand, a perspective on Rabbi Barry Weinstein and his Religion 2120 class on the Holocaust, a story by Jenni Payne with photo by Sierra Molina, in November 2005 (Fall 2005 Issue 2).
