The Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) is very conveniently located close to downtown Baton Rouge and to the LSU campus. The best way to reach the LSU campus (including the Staybridge Suites) from BTR is by taxi (about $20 ride). There are always taxis available at the terminal.




Local Travel


For those wanting to explore the Baton Rouge area, a car rental is recommended. The organizers will also make an effort to provide rides for local transportation. The main taxi company is Yellow Cab, and Uber, as well as Lyft, also operates within the city.




Parking

Indian Mounds C Lot (LSU Parking map) is next to Lockett Hall and is free on weekends.
