06/04 M Measurement II Notes 2 Inches and Centimeters We worked on the Inches and Centimeters problem at the beginning of the afternoon, as usual, starting with 15 min of individual work. After about 2 hours of joint work and whole-class discussion, teachers were asked to write an update of their thinking. The Inches and Centimeters task is really asking you to think about other people's thinking. Rebecca Saxe's lab at MIT does research about humans' ability to reason about other humans' thoughts.

Inches and Centimetrs (15 min.)
Inches and Cent., 2nd attempt (15 min.)
