SIAM Texas-Louisiana Section and the Department of Mathematics at Louisiana State University (LSU) will be co-hosting the 1st Annual Meeting of SIAM Texas-Louisiana Section October 5 - October 7, 2018. The conference consists of three plenary talks, an undergraduate conference, parallel sessions and a graduate student poster session. The conference site is Louisiana State University. The first day, Friday, is devoted solely to the undergraduate conference.

Friday, Oct. 5 : LA-TX Undergraduate Mathematics Conference
Saturday, Oct. 6 : Professional minisymposia and graduate poster session
Sunday, Oct. 7 : Professional minisymposia
Parking
They have recently changed some rules on parking, so for Friday Oct. 5,
the best place to park is the parking garage next to Barnes and Noble on
the LSU Campus.
For Saturday and Sunday October 6 & 7 one can park on campus in lots next
to Lockett Hall or on street parking
Travel Support
Funds are available to support Conference travel costs for undergraduate, graduate, and early career researchers presenting talks at the conference.
