In-School Math Labs A collaborative between LSU, Southeastern Louisiana Univesity and Hammond Westside Upper Elementary (Tangipahoa Parish), Springfield Middle (Livingston Parish), Sherwood Middle (East Baton Rouge Parish) and Scotlandville High Scool (East Baton Rouge Parish). Funded by the Louisiana Board of Regents Enhancemant Fund. Read the 2003 Annual report on the In-Schools Math Labs project.
Assessing K-5 Math A workshop for 32 East Baton Rouge elementary teachers who are implementing the TERC Investigations curriculum. The participants are working on projects on classroom assessment. Supported by the Louisiana Department of Education and LaSIP.
Secondary Math A collaborative involving teams at LSU Baton Rouge, Southern University Baton Rouge, the University of Louisnana Monroe and LSU Shreveport that are developing curricula for preparing future high school teachers. Funded by NSF.
Data, Probability and Risk Developing a new course for future K-8 teachers that treats the topics of data, probability, statistics, risk and decision-making. Funded by NSF.
