Travel & Lodging Information

The Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) is about 8 miles from campus.

Participants (including invited speakers) should make their own lodging arrangements for the workshop.

The prefered hotel is Staybridge Suites (1-225-456-5430). There is special conference rate of $110/night for standard suite, or $118/night for a king suite. Please mention LSU Math Lie theory when making your reservation to receive this rate. The special rate is available until April 12, 2019 (pending availability).

Another hotel option is the Cook Hotel (1-225-383-2665). Both hotels are within walking distance of the mathematics department.

The Monday afternoon session (contributed talks) will take place in Lockett Hall.
